Where it all started ?

BenefitBGMascara

I have to admit I wasn’t a make up fanatic until 2014 (shameful I know, although not as shameful as how boring my life was at the point of this story) so, let’s all imagine, I was 17 and I was up at 6am on a Saturday morning. I had fell asleep the night before straight after Hollyoaks so I just could not get back to sleep. I had no plans for the weekend and too much money in my account considering it was pay day the next week so online shopping seemed like a good activity. My Max Factor mascara had run out and I had heard good things about benefit so I went on to the Feel Unique website (www.feelunique.com) and bought Bad Gal Lash by benefit. I have not looked back, it’s so effective for volume and such a perfect black ( I love it when mascara is black black!). Its a classic brush as you can see below but it delivers wonderful results.

After that I purchased a couple of different things, the MAC Pro Longwear foundation being one which is wonderful and a little goes a long way. It’s a product I repurchase and can’t be without! I can’t remember any of the other products I bought apart from one of those cute little benefit boxes you can get, they are amazing if you want to try high end make up without committing to the price tag! They are all so cute & have a convenient mirror in the box, I have probably bought about 5 of these and keep the mirrors just in case! So there we go! Those were the products that started a passion for cosmetics, I’d recommend every one of these products for people who don’t have a clue where to start like I didn’t.

Please let me know of your first high end beauty buys and any recommendations!!
